On Tuesday, April 28th, two buses arrived from the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center bringing Veterans for a morning of pool, shuffleboard, air-hockey and darts. Many of the Vets were familiar faces, having attended the two fishing days organized by the Veterans Committee in 2014.
At lunchtime, our guests were served a barbecue-style lunch of burgers and hot dogs followed by ice cream for dessert. After lunch, they gathered for a group photo before boarding the buses and heading back to Albany.
