On Sunday, June 14th, two new members were initiated at the Kinderhook Elks Lodge.

William Cooper - Originally from Nassau but has lived in Kinderhook for the last 8 years. His passion is drawing but was reluctant for me to refer to him as an artist. His favorite subjects are landscapes and still life. 'Coop' is currently working for U. Albany.

Thomas W. Fix - Has lived in Valatie all his life. He enjoys hunting/fishing and power boating on the Hudson River. You should expect to see Tom manning the pavilion barbecue for Chris Akers and also helping Jeanne in the kitchen with the third Wednesday dinner special.
